The Rotary Club of Arlington participated in distributing masks as part of the Million Mask Challenge to provide 2,000 medical-grade face masks to local groups, including:

- The Beech Street Center / Council on Aging - Belmont
- The Belmont Food Pantry - Belmont
- Visiting Nurse and Community Care - Arlington
- Central Food Ministry - Lowell
- Our Lady of the Assumption School - Lynnfield
