On Tuesday, October 5, 2021 the Rotary Club of Arlington will hold its Annual Paul Harris Fellow Award & Community Persons of the Year recognition banquet at St. Eulalia’s Church, 50 Ridge St. Winchester. There will be a cocktail hour from 5:30-6:30 with dinner at 6:30 and the program immediately following.
